Suzhou CORNIGS Polyol Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") attaches great importance to the impact of the entire product lifecycle on the environment, society, and economy, and recognizes the importance of sustainable procurement in promoting social sustainable development. The Sustainable Procurement Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") formulated by the company outlines the requirements and working methods that both the company and its upstream supply chain must comply with. The company will continuously promote sustainable procurement to ensure the long-term sustainable supply of products, reduce product supply risks, and work together with our stakeholders to achieve sustainable development goals in terms of environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance.

1. Scope of application

This policy is a public statement that applies to the company's procurement team, various types of suppliers (and all their affiliated enterprises), various types of service providers, as well as farms and plantations.

2. Principles

2.1 Basic Principles

All parties must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations in the place of business, as well as other applicable requirements such as the Supplier Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Code of Conduct, and Anti Corruption Policy signed by the group.

The company should prevent bias in all procurement decision-making activities, including local suppliers, small and medium-sized organizations (SMOs), and all suppliers should compete with each other on a full and fair opportunity basis, and respect the rights of stakeholders affected by procurement activities.

The company adheres to the requirements of no deforestation, no peatland cultivation, and no exploitation of labor, encourages sustainable procurement practices and continuous improvement, and hopes that all parties seek solutions to achieve their sustainable development goals and innovate procurement practices to achieve more sustainable results throughout the entire supply chain.

2.2 Palm oil procurement

The company is committed to achieving transparent, traceable, and sustainable palm oil procurement, encouraging palm oil suppliers and plantations to adopt best practices for sustainable palm oil, including but not limited to: not cutting down high conservation value (HCV) or high carbon storage (HCS) forests, not conducting new development in peatlands, not using fire methods for land preparation or clearance, complying with and adopting human rights policies and protection measures that comply with international standards, and adopting transparency principles for tracing and managing the palm oil supply chain. 2.3 Procurement of other trade raw materials

The above basic principles of sustainable procurement also apply to the procurement of other trade materials, and the company may update this policy based on other applicable requirements in the future.

3. Complaints and Reports

If any employee or partner of the company discovers (or has reasonable grounds to suspect) any improper or illegal behavior within their scope of work, they should report it to the company as soon as possible or directly file a complaint with the company's general manager (email) sunke@cornigs.com ). The reporting party will be protected, please refer to the Whistleblower Protection Policy for specific information.

4. Policy Review

The company regularly reviews and updates this policy based on laws and regulations, its own business development, industry practices, and good standards.
